All products are checked to be in excellent condition before they are securely packed and are dispatched to you. We do not encourage a trial period for our products. However we will refund as per the following conditions;

1.       Product purchased wrongly for one reason or another can be returned within 10 days for a full refund, less the original freight cost from our dispatch depot to you; provided the product is returned (a) in new saleable condition, (b) in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and instructional manuals, (c) free of any defect, damage or wear, and (d) has not been tampered with in any way.

2.       Product returned within 28 days from the purchase date for whatever reason, will be given a full refund less a restocking fee of $50.00 or 20% of your purchase price of the product, whichever amount is the highest and also less the original freight cost from our dispatch depot to you. However please take note that the product MUST be returned at your cost with registration and/or insurance (and your return address) to ensure safe delivery. (This is to prevent any parcel going amiss because the responsibility of your parcel going amiss before reaching us is between you and the courier). The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Normally we do not accept return products if the original packaging has been destroyed by you; or the refund amount will be lower than the before mentioned refund price.
