White and whole wheat flour are very different - white bread
is wheat which is bread stripped of all of its naturally
occurring nutrients. Whole grains which you mill in your
Grain master Whisper Mill have not had the bran and germ
removed by artificial processing.
The grains you mill yourself make
excellent sources of dietary fiber plus all of the naturally
occurring vitamins and minerals. The highly processed,
refined grains such as white rice or white flour contain
only the endosperm.
